Returns & Exchanges
To request a return, refund, or exchange, please email our After-Sale Customer Service team at service@Giftifymama.com first to obtain approval.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, and customers will be responsible for any related losses or costs.
Once approved:

Please keep items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Pack items securely and seal the parcel.

Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is recommended.
Processing time: Returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (the date you received your order).

We do not accept returns for items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
Return Shipping Fee
When we cover return shipping
We will cover the return shipping cost if the issue is caused by us, including:

Wrong item shipped

Quality defects

Items damaged due to our responsibility

Other cases approved by our Customer Service team
In these cases, we will offer a replacement, compensation, or another solution after review.
When the customer pays return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping if the return/exchange is due to:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind / personal preference

Incorrect product choice
If you return an item for these reasons, we will refund the item price after we receive the return. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your return package.
Full Refunds
We offer a full refund (item cost only) for items confirmed to be faulty or damaged due to our responsibility.
Note: Shipping fees are not refundable. Damage caused by a third party carrier or by the customer is not eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refunds
If returned items are missing original parts/accessories/packaging, we may issue a partial refund.
A restocking fee may apply where permitted.
Order Cancellation
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to prepare and dispatch.
