While we strive to provide accurate product information, errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

  1. TRADE RULES

5.1 Price and Payment

Prices include VAT (where applicable) and are correct during order entry. The total cost consists of the product price and delivery charge. Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.

Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Paypal, and online banking. We may request a pre-authorization of your credit card to ensure sufficient funds.

5.2 Colors

We strive to display product colors accurately, but monitor settings may affect color perception.

5.3 Packing

We comply with standard packing standards for transportation. Additional packing requests may incur charges.

5.4 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Estimated standard transit times after dispatch are 12–15 business days to the U.S. and about 10 business days to Europe. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit. Transit times for other destinations vary, and remote areas may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak seasons. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5.5 Return of the product

Returns follow our Return & Refunds policy. Contact service@giftifymama.com for approval before sending anything back.

Clothing — including loungewear, sleepwear, and pajamas — may be returned if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Bras may be returned only if unused and still in original packaging with tags.

Return shipping: We cover return shipping when the issue is our responsibility (wrong item, quality defect, or other cases we approve). You cover return shipping for size changes, change of mind, or incorrect product choice. In those cases we refund the item price after we receive the return; original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Eligible items can be exchanged. Defective products caused by us will be fully refunded (item cost).

5.6 Reviews and Comments

Submissions provided to the Site become our property. Users must not post content that violates copyrights or infringes on third-party rights.
